Maintenance and servicing

Most breakdowns in treatment plants start as small problems: a worn seal, a clogged diffuser, a fouled membrane. Regular maintenance finds and fixes them before they stop the system or cause a discharge violation.

Maintenance plan

We prepare a maintenance plan for each piece of equipment based on the manufacturer’s instructions and the actual operating hours. The plan lists daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks, and the spare parts that should be kept in stock.

Main maintenance work

  • Pumps, blowers and mixers: lubrication, alignment, seal and bearing checks
  • Membrane systems: performance checks and chemical cleaning (CIP)
  • Filters: backwash checks, media top-up and cartridge replacement
  • Sensors and instruments: cleaning and calibration
  • Electrical panels: tightening, insulation tests and cleaning

Condition checks

During each visit our technicians measure vibration, temperature, current and pressure, compare them with previous results and report any trend that points to wear. This allows repairs to be scheduled during planned stops instead of emergencies.

Reports and follow-up

After every visit you receive a report with the work done, the measurements taken and recommendations. For urgent faults, TIPA provides fast response to limit downtime.

Systems we maintain

  • Wastewater treatment plants
  • Water supply and process water systems
  • RO and DI (deionized) water systems
  • Cooling tower water systems

Electrical, control and records

Besides mechanical equipment, we check panels, sensors, instruments, inverters, PLCs and automatic control to keep the system safe. Tanks, pipes, valves and structures are inspected as well. Every visit is recorded in operation logs, maintenance records and a parts replacement plan, which helps predict equipment life and risks.
