Installation and commissioning

A treatment system only performs as designed when it is built, connected and started up correctly. TIPA takes care of the whole path from site survey to handover, so your plant reaches the required water quality on schedule and your team knows how to run it.

Survey and design

Our engineers visit the site, collect water samples and review the process, the available space and the discharge or quality standards that apply. Based on this, we propose a treatment line, a layout and a list of equipment that fits your budget, together with drawings for approval.

Supply and installation

We supply equipment, piping, valves, electrical cabinets and instruments, then install them according to the approved drawings. Mechanical, electrical and control work is done by our own team, with clear safety rules and a daily schedule agreed with your site manager.

  • Tanks, pumps, blowers and membrane or filter units
  • Piping, valves and chemical dosing lines
  • Control panels, sensors and automation
  • Pressure tests and leak checks before start-up

Commissioning and performance tests

Before handover, each part of the system is tested empty, then with clean water and finally with real feed water. For biological systems we also seed and grow the activated sludge. We adjust dosing, flow rates and control settings until the treated water meets the target in a series of sample analyses.

Handover and training

At handover you receive as-built drawings, an operation and maintenance manual and the test results. Our engineers train your operators on daily checks, chemical preparation, cleaning procedures and how to respond to common alarms, and stay available for support during the first months of operation.

What makes a good treatment system

  • Handles the actual mix of wastewater sources at the site
  • Treated water meets the national discharge standard
  • Reasonable investment and operating costs
  • Easy to operate and stable in daily use
  • Capacity can be expanded when production changes
  • Uses proven, up-to-date technology

Who needs a treatment system

Factories, commercial and service facilities that are not connected to a central treatment plant, as well as industrial parks, industrial clusters and craft villages, must treat their wastewater before discharge. TIPA installs systems for:

  • Domestic wastewater: restaurants, hotels, apartments, offices, worker camps
  • Medical wastewater: hospitals, clinics, health stations
  • Livestock and aquaculture wastewater
  • Food processing: slaughterhouses, seafood processing
  • Industrial wastewater: metal, confectionery and other manufacturing

Our implementation steps

  1. Site survey at the planned location
  2. Assessment of the wastewater and the required effluent quality
  3. Agreement with the investor on capacity, tanks, power supply and scope
  4. Delivery of materials and installation as agreed
  5. Trial run and check of operation and capacity
  6. Testing of the treated water
  7. Technology transfer, acceptance and handover
