Technology transfer

Technology transfer helps factories and investors take full ownership of their treatment system. Instead of depending on outside contractors for every adjustment, your engineers understand why the process works and how to keep it running well.

What is included

  • Process design basis: water quality, load calculations and treatment steps
  • Drawings, equipment specifications and control logic
  • Standard operating procedures and maintenance plans
  • Chemical selection and dosing calculations
  • Laboratory tests needed to monitor the process

Training on site and in the classroom

Training combines theory with hands-on practice at the plant. Operators learn to read the main parameters, take samples, prepare chemicals, clean membranes and filters and react to process upsets. Supervisors also learn how to analyse operating data and plan maintenance.

Step-by-step handover

The transfer usually runs in stages. Our engineers first operate the system with your team watching, then work side by side, and finally let your team operate while we check and give feedback. Each stage ends when agreed criteria for water quality and operating skills are met.

Support after transfer

After the transfer, TIPA remains available for remote advice, periodic audits and refresher training. When production changes or the plant needs to expand, we help review the design so the technology continues to fit your needs.

Flexible cooperation

For work the investor can carry out with its own contractors, TIPA provides the process drawings, instructions and site supervision, so construction follows the design correctly. Once the plant is built, we transfer the full technology to your team.
